Lori Moynihan, SPHR, has over twenty years of experience building diverse organizations. Her progressive human resource experience encompasses recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and cultural development. Lori interacts effectively with all levels within the organization. She seeks to understand not just business strategy but the culture and personality of the business, in doing this she accurately recruits the right fit for any given position. This approach has built for her a track record of proven abilities in restructuring, strategic planning, and improving team effectiveness in rapidly growing and changing environments. She seeks to help small to mid size companies grow while maintaining the personality within.

Prior to her establishing Moynihan Consulting, she was the Director of Human Resources at Virent Energy Systems where she was responsible for the strategic implementation of full life cycle recruitment and employment activities for a rapidly growing start-up. She directed a team responsible for recruitment, compensation, benefits, organizational development, and employee relations.

 

Lori also spent time at TomoTherapy where she was hired on as their first Director of Human Resources. While in her first year there she recruited and hired 157 employees with an overall retention rate of 98%. She directed a team of five and oversaw recruitment, compensation, benefits, organizational development, and employee relations. She also worked to develop their HRIS system.
